Dear Families!

Thank you for all of your support and patience during this time. I am so proud of all the learning that still happened while we worked through this new normal together. While you are on summer break, use some of the summer activities listed below to keep what you learned this year fresh in your mind. I hope you all have a safe and wonderful summer. Math:

 

Dreambox Website -Continue to learn mathematics through animated adventures, games, and challenges.  You can click on this link Dreambox Website or log in visiting our school website. The recommended time is 30 minutes daily.  

 

Resources for Keeping Mathematics Alive All Summer! PDF -On this link are some activities that your child can do this summer.  Included is the Summer Math 3rd Grade Calendar with creative activities that include measuring and counting everyday objects, math games, riddles, basic fact practice, math websites and math literature books (available through Prince William County public libraries).

2. Once the website has opened, please scroll down and click the United Statesbutton.

3. Then, scroll down and click Building Fluencytab(located above the Grade 3 tab).  

4. Scroll down. There are 3 tabs: Counting and SubitizingAddition, and Multiplication. 

5. Follow the activities, and have fun learning! 

6. You can also review any weeks of learning at the 1st, 2nd, or 3rdgrade level.
